Hamilton Dock Hotel, Belfast – Rooftop Plant Screening

Bridge Louvre supplied and installed a large-scale rooftop plant screening system at the Hamilton Dock Hotel, Belfast — a landmark new-build development in the heart of the city’s historic docklands regeneration area.

The Project

With rooftop plant equipment requiring full screening across multiple elevations, the specification called for a clean, consistent louvre solution that would complement the building’s contemporary façade whilst meeting the practical demands of a busy construction programme.

The Solution

Bridge Louvre manufactured and delivered 353m² of BL100 aluminium screening louvre, finished in RAL 7004 signal grey. The system includes fully louvred access doors, maintaining a seamless appearance across the entire installation whilst allowing maintenance access to the plant behind.

The BL100 system is designed to provide  visual screening without compromising airflow — essential for rooftop plant environments where ventilation performance is critical.

Delivery

The full 353m² was manufactured and ready for delivery within 3 weeks — our standard lead time, giving contractors the programme certainty they need on fast-moving projects.
