I Would Walk 500 miles……..

This job took us around 500 miles north of our factory base near Manchester, to the far north of Scotland to install an area of our BL75 louvres and louvred doors.

Happy Christmas!

We received a phone call last week asking if we could ” do a bit of aluminium welding” to repair a storage rack on the back of a wheelchair.

Subsequently the repair turned into a complete replacement, powdercoated and fitted to the wheelchair in just a few days.

As it is Christmas we carried out the works free of charge and would like to pass on our thanks to Electro Metal Depositers for the powder coating and Lincoln Precision Engineering for providing the laser cut and perforated plate.

Liverpool Listed Building louvres

We were called in to replace rotten timber louvres and windows to a basement area of a listed building in Liverpool.  Once the customer had removed the old units, we measured the openings and manufactured a number of arched head louvres using our BL50 series louvre system.  A number of the openings also incorporated single fully louvred doors.

Example of an arched louvre we can manufacture.  This one is our BLR 50/100 system, finished in RAL7024 and measures approximately 4.2m x 2m.

Snow Patrol 2016

Despite continuing heavy snowfall today, the early factory shift can be seen shovelling snow and gritting our factory yard at 7AM.  Unfortunately all their hard work was soon covered again…..

Even the Directors have managed to get here with their usual 25 minutes drives being replace by 2 to 3 hour hikes through the snow!    Great commitment from everyone
