Our standard BL Series louvre range has blades inclined at 45 degrees and mounted at 38mm, 50mm, 75mm and 90mm centres. All corners joints of perimeter frames are mitred and Argon arc welded giving a very strong and robust construction. Frames can be either flanged for surface mounted or recessed for frameless appearance and are available in just about any shape. Louvres are available complete with 24mm - 28 mm glazing bar.
The type BL50/100, BL75/140 and BL90/100 series louvres are available in multi panels for assembly into a continuous line louvre screen with either a flanged or recessed type frame. Designed to incorporate internal and external mitred corners and either single or double leaf hinged doors whilst still maintaining continuity of appearance. Concealed mullion supports are supplied to provide additional strength. There is no limit to the length of the louvre, but where height is in excess of 2000mm additional steelwork support (usually provided by others) may be required.

Four sided louvred turret complete with an aluminium sheet metal roof, supplied either fully assembled or for larger units in sectional form (pre-assembled panels) for re-assembly on site. There is no limit to the length of the penthouse louvre. Recommended maximum width is 2000mm.

For vulnerable locations, we offer our 16swg mild steel louvres, These are of fully welded construction with 50mm blades on 50mm pitch in 50mm deep frames, complete with bird screen, and polyester powder finish to standard BS/RAL colour.
In addition we can offer security bars for installing to the rear of standard louvres Manufactured from 12mm sq. Mild steel bars on 100mm centre all welded into a 40 x 40 x5 mm mild steel angle frame finish - polyester powder matt black.

Duco window (Ducogrille) and wall (Ducowall) louvres combine intensive ventilation with a considerable aesthetic added value. With a large variety in shapes and shades, Duco offers architects many recessed and surface mounting options. The wall louvres enable straightforward fitting and come as standard with an insect or bird screen.
